Hello to everyone...

I am looking for information about the battle of Latakia in 1973 between the israeli and syrian navies. Any data would be helpful.

Unless you have already done so, check out the wikipedia entry:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Latakia

The Jewish Virtual Library article on Latakia: (Careful of bias)
http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/History/latakia.html

Another forum's thread on the matter:
http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/archive/index.php/t-4279.html

Those are the best sources for now, will get back to you when more come up.
PS. Moved to All Battles subforum

Knights,

Thanks for the links, I have already checked them. You know, I m looking for more information. For example, how many missiles did they use? how many missiles found their targets? I think that there was a japanese merchant ship that was hit that night. If someone knows the positions of the ships? Anything would be useful...

Thanks in advance,

Puraulos

Ps: I know, I ask too much, but if someone knows?...
