Quote they were most probably allies with the Young Turks against Sultan's tyranny...

I think they were working in concert with Resneli Ahmed Niyazi Bey, an Albanian bey who brought the Albanians of Macedonia into the service of the young-Turks.

More like a SERBIAN import. Even so, the name was more of a contribution than the unit itself. Serbian had them as light cavalry, Poland had turned the hussars into heavy Cavalry.

Yeah the Polish winged hussars were completely different from the early version the only thing they had in common was their name

i sawn somewhere, that some Štěpán Bátory from hungaria turned old-style polland knights into modern cavalry, and he named them hussars, because of hungarian only cavalry

lets make things clear. Hussars come from Hungary. not from Serbia, not from Poland.

Hussar refers to a number of types of light cavalry created in Hungary in the 15th century. ( Hunyadi Mátyás was the king at that time and the organiser of hussars.)
