Hello to everybody,
I'm a unversity student from Turkey. I'm studying management/business administration but history is a passion for me. I also interested in Sociology, Literature and Music. I interest in especially Early Turkish History/Steppe Nomads History but of course like every section of history. I also interest in Sociology like I said. Especially Erol Gungor, Cemil Meric, Emile Durkheim, Ernest Gellner, Yusuf Akchura etc. are my favourite sociologists to read. My favourite writers Cengiz Aytmatov, Nihal Atsiz, Peyami Safa, Leo Tolstoy, F.M.Dostoyevski, Arthur Rimbaud, Albert Camus etc. Also I interest in Ottoman Divan Poetry and Modern Turkish Poetry. I like ethnic musics; Tuvan/Altaic Throat Singing and its' synthesis (AltaiKai, Yat-Kha, Huun Huur Tu, Altan Urag etc.), Celtic Music (Loreena McKennit, Enya etc.), Turkish Folk Music (Erkan Ogur, Cengiz Ozkan etc.)... that's all for the present :) |

I never introduced myself, so here goes.
My name is Kasper, I'm 19 years old and from Denmark (ahh, that explains the crappy english) The 22. of July I will finish what you guys know as high school. Then I'm heading to the military for 8 months. And then finally I'm going to study history in Copenhagen, Odense or Århus. I've studied alot of history before the birth of Christ. But I also have a fetish with the first and second world war ;) |
