Is that a replica of the Dome of the Rock in the third picture?  I saw the real thing in 1979, and Al Quds is Arabic for Jerusalem.

It is amazing inside. I have been once as a nine year old  child (1989) and once recently(2002). It has an amazing atmosphere inside and has a very surreal feeling. The buildings that surround the perimiter of the complex are the oldest in Mashad and I had alot of fun exploring them

The compex contains an amazing musuem and in one of the chambers of the main mosque you can view Imam Reza's armour and sword, not sure if they are legit.
