Hey guys,

I'd like to know if any of you could think of better descriptions to the Main Site categories of Pre-Columbian America and 20th Century.

If anyone can help, then it would be nice.

Here are the current ones:

Although most of Per-Columbian North America north of modern Mexico did not see the formation of large states, Latin America was the home of some very notable empires. Mesoamerica staged the home of cultures such as the Olmec, Tolec, Maya, and Azetec. Likewise, in south America, many cultures grew in the Andes, and these later became the basis of the famous Inca Empire, which established controll over the entire Andes. Pre Columbian American empires were advanced civilizations with an organized social structure that flourished in art, mathematics, astronomy, and (perhaps most notably), architecture and engineering. When the Spanish Conquistadors appeared, it wasn't their weaponry, but the diseases they had with them that brought an end to these empires.

The 20th century, presented here as history from 1914 onward, marks a new era in history of unprecedented change and development.

Let your imagination fly and post it here.

Thanks,

Note: About the Americas, I'd like the Northern America mentioned in it also if possible.

There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force.
