The Forums administration duties are as follows:
Seko- Administrator for Membership and Staffing Issues
Receiving, dealing with and answering reports and complaints by AE members about other members and individual posts.
Advising on and issuing disciplinary measures in accordance with AE's code of conduct and the current ““warning and ban”” procedures.
Updating AE's code of conduct and disciplinary procedures.
Dealing with all other members' request, such as user-name and pass-word changing.
Having the decisive vote in all questions regarding membership issue
Dealing with all AE staff issues, co-ordinating existing staff, appointing new staff etc
Dawn-Administrator for Forum Issues
forum structure, co-ordinating the development of new projects ( new
subforums, temporary projects, etc.)
Forum promotion, dealing with all outside queries and requests (for co-operation, etc.)
Publishing the Monthly Newsletter.
Having the decisive vote in all questions regarding forum content.
Northman- Administrator for tech issues and Webmaster
Leading the web design team.
All technical issues for forum and main site.
Contact person for site hosting
