Dear members,
We have decided to issue honorary titles, of their choosing, to our long standing members. The idea was inspired by one of Spartakus's threads in the Tavern. It is a token of appreciation to members who have contribution positively to this site over the years. the title is placed below the avatar. To qualify for an honorary title, your membership must: - exceed one year; - you must have made at least 500 posts and; - your title of choice must have a historical theme. I know these criteria may seem a little excessive, but we have had some unsavoury members in the past who amassed thousands of posts in a matter of a few weeks and it just wouldn't be right to grant a title to such people. Hello to all! I thought it was appropriate to reinvigorate this thread and program. There are plenty of eligible members with over 500 posts.
The criteria are outlined above, but to reinforce them: Member must: - have been a member for over one year - have over 500 posts - choose a historically themed title - and also, try to keep the titles short (nothing more than 2 -maximum 3- words) Any queries, concerns or questions, just post right ahead. Even if you think you have close to 500 posts or you've been a member for a bit less than a year, or if you think your title may be too long/not historical, please feel free to post, or contact myself by PM.
