Yup, Google "chiltern hills" in the UK it may throw up some more. The hills are made of limestone, and u have springs dotted all over the place. These places r about 10 to 30 min away from where i live.

 The lake's name is "lake of Paghman" and is located in Paghman district of Kabul Province.

U are the politest forumer i have come across yet and a proper gentleman. My scanner is broken or i would have posted a few scans. I have always had a great interest in Central Asian history especially afghansitan and the caucases.

Thanks alot for your compliments, I have also check some of your topics and posts and found them very informative. When I was joining this forum all I wanted to do was to gain and share knowledge and am just following that rule nothing else.

i was carried away by these wonders. 

Tears always come into my eyes when i see relics in my motherland, thinking how great they are and how deep we, her sons and daughters, attach to her. But now i m thinking how great our earth mother is, how great humankind is.
