To apply to become a staff member, you must meet these criteria: 1. First and foremost, an interest in contributing to the community, specifically, to the staff body. This includes giving advice for staff actions and ways to improve the forum. 2. Interest in staff affairs such as giving people warnings, maintaining order in the forum, and discussing user-related issues. 3. A membership long enough to familiarize yourself with the community of this forum. There are no hard numbers, but this will still be a qualitative criteria. 4. A background representing good forum conduct. (Including: being free of excessive nationalism). 5. Regular activity on this forum. Although the above criteria are the deciding factors in appointing new moderators, specific interests of candidates may play a role. As any moderator should not only monitor the discussion, but also have a strong input into it, expertise and interest in the topic of a specific forum is also significant when choosing a new moderator if a vacancy should arise. This played a part in the recent restructuring of the staff, and will do so in the future. If you wish to apply, you must contact Seko through Private Messaging (PM).
